Face-to-face meeting in Centurion.

A Forbes article recently stated that these are the instances where a face-to-face meeting is better than an online meeting:

  • When a situation requires trust-building
  • When it involves an emotional topic
  • When stakes are high
  • When you have specific concerns to discuss
  • When you have sensitive information to discuss

All 5 reasons are applicable to migrating to a new country. So if you live in Gauteng, South Africa, please come and visit us at our offices in Centurion to discuss any questions or concerns that you may have about settling in New Zealand.

Over the past two and a half years, we have seen that online meetings are doable and practical. But based on our clients’ feedback, we know they get much more value from in-person meetings.  They ask more questions and better understand the end-to-end process, as well as the emotional impact of leaving SA and settling elsewhere.  From our side, we are better positioned to assess employability and ensure a good match in terms of possible employers and, in certain instances, even the best city or area to live in, based on lifestyle and personality.

Emigrating to a new country will undoubtedly be one of the most significant decisions you will ever make.  We recommend that you and your spouse or partner take a day off from work to come and see us and get answers to your questions.  Then spend the rest of the day considering what you have heard and, very importantly, making a list of new questions or concerns we can address.

Should you decide to work with us after the initial free consultation, you will have a much better understanding of our company values and the dedicated migration consultant and team you will work with.  If you decide not to work with us, the time spent will still be valuable, and you will have more clarity about emigration.
