To qualify Straight to Residence Visa , you will need to:
You must currently hold, or you must have received a job offer for a role listed on Tier 1 of the Greenlist
You must fulfill the role-specific eligibility criteria, such as specific qualification or holding certain professional registration, or board membership
Demonstrate your English proficiency through either citizenship, qualifications or an English proficiency test
Be 55 years or younger
Meet New Zealand's standard health and character requirements
Your application can be submitted either while you are overseas or whether you are in New Zealand
Partners and dependent children under 24 years of age can be included in the application. Dependent children must be single without children, and must be financially dependent on you.
Both your partner, and children over the age of 16 years old will need to meet the visa's English language requirements.
